5. What did you learn about yourself through working on the internship project(s)?
1. How I made a meaningful contribution to my workplace was constantly asking if there was something I could help with. The job I helped with mainly was the front desk. I've done that more than the other interns here. I would come in very early, and I would Ethan open to place. He would ask me to open the theater, turn the window T.V.'s on, and I would work the desk, because we would be the only people here and the other employees aren't there that early. I help an employee here the most and her name is Kania Hayes. I help her with organizing, updating paperwork, and mailing things for her. She also taught me how to make copies.
2. This internship has taught so much things that I needed to work on for my adult life. I needed to work on my commutation/talking skills. Probably the best way to me, was working the front desk. Because people would either walk in, or you would get a phone call regarding what the company is doing. I needed to make sure that, I could answer their questions right away, which is good. My first turn, I went over what they're possible question would be and I made sure to have 5 responses to answer any kind of question.
3. What made this meaningful to me is what this place is what they do here. I love doing things involving media, and I sort of starting to like working in a office setting because there is always something to do. I like be busy, and having something to do afterwards.
4. My video has made me more aware of what was going on in my surroundings. So for my video, I plan to share my opinion on how society behaves.
5. I learned that I have a gift. I can edit video's well and I'm comfortable in front, or behind the camera. I hope to use my gift later on in life.
